Cut To Length Line
A cut to length line is to uncoil the mother coil, level it, and then cut it to the required length and stack it in compact packages. The end product produced by a cut-to-length line is a flat sheet of material cut to a very precise length tolerance. A cut to length line offered by SRET Equipment consists of coil car, uncoiler, entry feeding unit, leveling machine, gauge table, shearing machine, run out table, discharge and stacking devices.
When considering a cut to length line and the proper line configuration, it comes to several factors for customers to be aware of: the thickness of the material, the type of material, the length of the sheets to be produced, as well as annual volume to be processed that all influence the line configuration and capabilities required for a successful operation. With these in mind, SRET Equipment provide customized solutions to help customers achieve their expectations on their cut to length line to be set up. Our cut to length line delivers a wide range of material thickness from 0.2mm up to 30mm. It also can be supplied with different type of shears for customer’s choice: flying, stationary, etc,.
A increasing tight tolerance requirements has been given to the cut-to-length line by producers. Equipped with a complete automatic computer control and specific technology, the cut to length line offered by SRET Equipment is able to keep the blank shapes consistent throughout.
